Super friendly and accommodating. I rolled into Breckenridge off the Divide due to an unexpected situation and needed to have my bike shipped back home. Avalanche Sports took care of everything quickly and made the entire process easy with very little for me to worry about. Very professional, helpful, and customer friendly. I really appreciated how well they took care of me.
Expensive, every item and part is marked up around 30% even from carvers down the road. I called asking for parts 3 times now every time they say we have it and every time I show up they don't have what I need. I walked in with my bike for them to have a part put on that I called ahead for asking specifically for the part. When I show up they have a lower grade part pulled any they are like that should fit. Took great care of me and my bike during Breck Epic. Excellent service that was also super fairly priced. My go to shop now whenever I’m in town from the front range.
I had broken my road bike’s derailleur hanger two days before a big cycling event. Their mechanic jumped on it right away fixing it in just a few minutes. Excellent service. Nice shop. Nice employees.
