Horrible service ordered a light on Black Friday showed up in a box that’s clearly been opened before with pieces missing, no mount for your helmet that’s supposed to be included so now it’s pretty well useless, have sent emails to no reply feel scammed out of $150 will never order from this outfit again and will advise of anybody to not use this company
Ive used these guys over the years I replaced my mammut barryvox transciver with a new ine from them last year. Registered and in warranty. I bought it less than a year ago This season it malfunctioned on my first trip out. With a error in sensing the battery charge I took it to be tested in Canmore where it failed testing. I cannot say enough about this outfit! As a business owner myself, it was a pure pleasure to deal with these people. I first off shipped my product to my X Gf’s house which was funny in its self (my mistake). They took my call after hours and tried desperately to change the address for me (It was too late but all ended well lol). Next item was I shipped a product back to them (no longer required the product) and they refunded me with zero issues and did it very fast.
