Been banking with avalia for over 4 years. Their app never works. I can never get anybody on the phone to assist me in any questions I have. There lock my card after I’ve “exceeded my limit” and once I call them to unlock It when I’m on vacation, nobody can ever help me. I just had my 3rd experience with this problem and this is my final straw. I’m closing my account with them and moving to another bank.
