Avail is absolutely the best! My 88-year-old aunt lives at Avail. When her husband was alive, she lived in a different facility. At The previous facility, I don’t remember a single time that I didn’t hear Staff grumbling or fussing about something. I recently did some video work for Avail, and spent a few days recording all throughout the community. Everyone I saw and interacted with, both staff and residents, had a clear joy and positive attitude about being there. Well it started almost ten years ago. My mom and dad called from Texas. Mom told me that they had their house up for sale and were moving to Chattanooga. My dad was getting worse with his Parkinson's Disease. They bought a house in Chattanooga, and lived there for two years until mom just could not take care of Ed.
