Management sucks and the only good part is the residents. Management doesn’t properly train at all and violate many osha policies. They overwork their employees and don’t pay them enough to do their job and even when short staffed they don’t help.
A really great , special and I love the elderly people who are very happy and friendly and calm unlike my siblings. Me and my sister loved JP , when he played the piano for a church youth group that came for caroling

The owner of Avail and I have shared clients now on a regular basis and it has been incredible seeing the care and compassion Jesse puts into his operations. From ensuring that the right care takers are lined up with his clients, each individual is treated uniquely to their current situation and provided the best care possible! Top notch service from first call, through the entire process at Avail!
Beautiful building and it appeared to be a perfect home for a former patient/friend who moved there. Apparently they can't handle dementia residents in memory care when they have sundowners or show aggressive behavior. Please do not waste your time sending your loved one here unless you can afford a 24/7 caregiver to stay with them.
