I did not have a good experience with this company. I enlisted their help in creating a CAD model for my invention, they originally told me it would have it in 1-2 weeks. It was not till 2 months later that I received my final product. And when I asked for a partial refund, because I was never given a new timeline after asking several times with no response. They refused to give me a partial refund saying that delays just happen.
