Worst banking establishment ever do not care about what their customers are going through they just want their money will take everything you have so you can't live they tell you to call them and they never answer phone im done
I’ve been here for 6 years and it just has progressively gotten worse. They never answer the phone. There’s always a problem. I sit on hold when they finally do answer. I sat on hold for 57 minutes the other day. I called 11 times today and finally got through to immediately sit on hold. Do not come to this bank unless you want to rip your hair out with frustration.
The Chelsea, AL location has been our home bank and go to location for the year we've banked with Avadian and for this entire year 95% of the visits have been an issue. Today we pull up to the drive thru, the person in front of us is being told to come inside because today they have enough staff to actually have the lobby open so the transaction must be completed inside.
