Great place all way around
The customer service is great only because they dont know exactly what they are doing. We have been ran in circles by this company trying to get a loan for a week now. Great people but will never be back
Extremely friendly ladies working at this location this morning. Went above and beyond to help with the questions I had and overall delightful to speak with and had great attitudes 😊
I don't normally leave bad reviews. This credit union and especially this location (Chelsea)is decent unless you have an issue or a problem. They are very nonchalant about helping when they have to do any extra work. It starts with the branch manager on down to the Tellers. Everyone seems extremely lazy. The greystone branch is much better when it comes to customer service. I do think the brand at large has a culture of being unhelpful and unable to get things done.
