Today I went into the Hoover location to reorder checks. The Pelham Post Office lost my checks and I really didn't know what to do. Latoya meet me when I walked in and was able help me. She had to ask for help a couple of times but she never handed me off. She saw me through completion and resolving my issue. I don't think she regularly works in the Hoover office but I was so glad she was there today. Great Customer Service! Thank you LaToya and Avadian
