My son is in the Army currently stationed at Fort Novosel, AL. He has orders to transfer to Fairbanks, AK. Given that he still has a loan on his truck, the shipping company requires a letter from the credit union giving him permission to ship his truck. After many days, phone calls talking with people who "have never heard of such a thing", his request was denied! We are co-signers on the loan!
