My account has been locked I’d say more than 2 months. I received a charge from American HealthCare and I disputed it because I payed $100 cash upfront, had given my insurance card but never gave them my account information nor debit card but received a charge on my account. My son is in the Army currently stationed at Fort Novosel, AL. He has orders to transfer to Fairbanks, AK. Given that he still has a loan on his truck, the shipping company requires a letter from the credit union giving him permission to ship his truck. After many days, phone calls talking with people who "have never heard of such a thing", his request was denied! We are co-signers on the loan!
