I am very pleased with my recent experience at the Helena branch. I had attempted to have a fee reversed at the Green springs location and was told they did not do that in the branch and I had to go online. Online basically said to bad here's how to close your account. Anna Wesson did a great job of retaining a customer. Great employee and valuable to the company to attempt to retain business.
The customer service is outstanding at every branch I've been to but especially at the Helena branch. They are so friendly and willing to help.
The ATM has not worked in at least four days. I know because I have driven there twice, I wasted my time and gas in heavy traffic.
People are nice but everything takes forever. Slow service
