I have had more fraud from this credit union, it is crazy! I just got another one for the third time this year and it happened on a Saturday so now I'm without any access to my money until 9am Monday morning! I would recommend a different credit union.
This is a wonderful credit union, the best I could find in the entire area. Everyone is super friendly and always helpful at both branches in Madison county. Johnny and Michael at the Madison branch have went above and beyond and always return my calls.
Nothing delightful about this credit union. The regulations in place for debit card are NOT to protect the member. Steer CLEAR of this credit union especially this location. I've been a member of my main credit union (Neighbors) for over 24 years and have always been protected and made to feel that my money is safe. I only joined this credit union by default because I relocated from Missouri & it's in my area.
