One of the worst dealings that I have had with a credit union. Called to get a loan on a vehicle and being told the vehicle had enough value to cover the amount of the loan I was inquiring about. After putting deposit down on vehicle while paper work was being done I was then told the next day by my loan officer Crystal that the value of the truck was not enough to cover the loan. I have had my bank account with Avadian Credit Union for the past 2 years. Switching my account from Wells Fargo to Avadian is one of the best decisions that I have made with my money. I am no longer paying ridiculous fees for not swiping my debit card 10 times a month. Since they have volunteer Board of Directors, Avadian is able to offer lower fees and lower rates. We have had loans with Avadian over the last several years without any problems. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and attentive.
The employees here are awesome and they work with you if needed on refinancing your car loans for lower rates.
Don't bother trying to call them because they never answer thier phone nor will they call you back in a timely manner. This is the worst bank i have ever had to deal with, I don't know if it's the branch itself or just the policy procedure but I will never get a loan from them again. Hate that it has to be this way
