My experience was great. Victor was the best, very patient, very clear about what I was to do. Once we were all done with the testing and he put the hearing devices on me to see what that was like it was like a miracle...WOW. I couldn't wait for the two weeks to pass to get the real ones. I am on the phone with a headset all day long and Friday was my first day back with the hearing aids. It was so nice to not continually have to ask the person to repeat what they said.
