Raymond is most kind guy . He help helped us out and has the best customer service skills and made us feel like we’re at home . I’m going to be coming here from now on for my cards
Today was my first time coming to this card shop just because I was in the area and heard good things about it . But it was far from good . The customer service in there was very rudely his way of talking to you is very strong and in all of the card shops I have gone and visited and purchased or made sells I have never been treated I don’t recommend this place at all . They might have a lot of merchandise but their quality of service is making them not clear out their shelves . WILL NOT COME BACK HERE EVER !!
I don’t know how this guy stays in business, he was nothing but rude to the point I was uncomfortable and didn’t want to be there. Never coming back.
This place is absolutely amazing! Why there is harsh reviews I'll never understand. Ray has one the best collections on earth! I love cards and he knows all about them and where everything is located in the store. Why would you want him to have less inventory? Hes a great guy and a true collector. He has helped me and my buddy out multiple times and has even stayed late with us just talking about the love of the hobby. Definitely recommend checking this place out, its Disneyland for sports memorabilia. 5 stars for him and hi... read more
Amazing store full authentic sport memorabilia, owner is a way cool guy full of amazing knowledge.
