This is a awesome company. I had a small job of an install a camera and mesh system set up. Miguel set everything up and answered questions and explained everything thoroughly. He was courteous and mindful of property. He cleaned up after the job and everything worked great. If I could give them more than 5 starts I would. I will definitely use them in the future.
It’s rare that I wish I could choose a negative number of stars for a review, but this is one of those times. We bought a home in the foothills in 2023 where AV Specialists had installed three systems (cameras, TV, and audio) for the prior owner. The work was recent. There were issues with all three systems - wiring that was bad but should have been fine, components that were poorly installed, and lower end equipment for which a premium price had been charged. It is not a serious company. To call me and make an appointment it took 20 days. Then they went to my house, sent me the quote and they never called me to schedule the day to install the TV. I sent a couple of emails to try to schedule the appointment and nothing. They are not formal, I do not recommend them. In total I had to wait almost 2 months for this company, I said this is enough so I called another local TV mount installers and did it in 24 hours.
A.V. Specialists is fantastic! Austin has done a great job evaluating our audio and security needs. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend A.V. Specialists!
