AV Innovations did an amazing job installing our new sound system (Sonos sound bar) and relocating my modem, router and all those wires. They were uber professional and pleasant. I now have a very clean TV/AV area with no wires or extra equipment visible.
I can’t say enough good things about AV Performance Innovations. From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. The owner, Jesse, personally handled the in-home design and absolutely nailed it. He took the time to really listen to my wants, needs, and wishlist, then built a comprehensive, thoughtful plan that exceeded expectations. Awesome experience with AV Performance Innovations! Bob knows his stuff - he talked with us about what we needed for our home theater, visited our home and made specific recommendations. The installation by Jeff and Chris was flawless. The flush-mount TV and sound bar are gorgeous, and the sound with the added sub is amazing! They took time to explain everything, answer questions, and do the initial system configuration. We couldn’t be happier!
I had AVPI do all the systems when I built my house from cameras, wi-fi, tv's, sonos, ring system, security, etc. Jeff Baker, their lead technician, is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, skilled, and took the time to explain things to me in way I could understand. I am not a tech person, and with all the systems they installed, Jeff Baker helped me understand how they all work. I highly recommended AVPI, they are all truly wonderful to work with! Service was outstanding. Jeff was our lead installer. He took the time to go over all features and functionality at our pace. The Sonos’s system is awesome and we are very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an over the top experience.
