Bill, Brent, and Josh have been the best group of guys a home owner could ever have to work on their home. I manage this property and have used them for years. I used a company originally 8 years ago in Medford and they were hopeless and now out of business and not a shocker. This team has rewired, and put in the correct smart home equipment and we've never had any more problems. Today we are fixing the theater and now this house system will be amazing. These guys are fantastic. Not only are they super knowledgeable about the technical aspects of their jobs, but they are also fantastic at explaining everything to the homeowner. Always polite and patient. I feel that they consistently go above and beyond what is expected. They even answered their phone on the Fourth of July and walked us through an issue we were having with our whole house system. I highly recommend AV Awakenings!
