Competitive cost, good service, flexible hand back - would recommend
Could not recommend Auz Rental cars enough! I had arrived from Perth just after midnight and was promptly picked up by the complimentary shuttle service. Vehicle hand over and drop off was seamless and the customer service every step of the way was wonderful! I found that the prices were the most reasonable of the options I had looked at, and the rental car was modern and easy to operate. Would gladly rent from them again!
Top notch service!! This was the first time I have rented a car and was therefore a bit nervous about how it will all go. But Shainesh's service and communication are outstanding. So I was very pleased with how smoothly it all went.
We had a fabulous experience with Shainesh and Auz Rental Cars! We decided to hire through them as their pricing was very competitive and heaps cheaper than the mainstream car rental companies. Pick up was fairy easy and it was fabulous that for a nominal fee the car was collected from our accommodation to save having to navigate returning it. The car was very nice and communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!
