We had a fabulous experience with Shainesh and Auz Rental Cars! We decided to hire through them as their pricing was very competitive and heaps cheaper than the mainstream car rental companies. Pick up was fairy easy and it was fabulous that for a nominal fee the car was collected from our accommodation to save having to navigate returning it. The car was very nice and communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!
I will select zero star if they have that option for reviewing. Hidden fees and hidden information. If you are looking for rental a car/van, you need to careful with this type of this company. A lot of big branch rental car companies for you in Australia. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE
Rented a large SUV with a great value to take the family for a road trip. Shainesh provided such an excellent service, super easy pick up and drop off as well! The car was very spacious for 6 people including an infant, super clean, fuel efficient, with brand new tires too! Truly enjoyed the whole experience!
Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and efficient. The customer service team was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The car was very neat and clean and in good condition.Everything was well organized, and the whole process was stress-free. Highly recommend
