My buddy and I finally found a nice used 2018 FORD F-150 as a replacement for his previous car that got totalled in an accident that was no fault of his own. Insurance company estimated enough money for him to purchase it. I must admit I really like the truck and knowing that he'll be more protected if anything happens again. Hopefully not though.

I purchased a car here a few months ago and Pooya was great to work with. However, I called regarding an issue (broken taillight) with my car as I have a warranty and signed a document stating that they will fix/check my car within a certain mileage. It's difficult to review or rate a company that never answers its phone. Nor responds to emails. I've tried to contact this company multiple times over the course of several weeks and I have never gotten any response from them. I don't think they're even in business anymore. If they are, then they have terrible customer service. If it's this hard just to buy a car from them, how hard would it be if you had problems with it after buying it?
