I have two family members who currently reside at Autumn Trace in Seymour, my 98 year old step-mother and my sister. It is so reassuring knowing that their needs are being taking care of and that they have both made friends and are participating in many of the activities that happen routinely. The staff have bent over backward to meet their specific needs and they both enjoy being part of the Autumn Trace community. This place is horrible. Do not send your loved ones unless you truly don’t care. They have medications being passed by individuals who are not licensed to do so. They are not only putting staff in jeopardy but also the residents as well. Shut them down!!!
