I took a tour of this assisted living and it was gorgeous. The staff were wonderful and helpful. You’ll be super impressed with the care and amenities.
Beautiful facility and crazy clean. My mom spent 6 weeks at Autumn trace after a hospitalization. She left healthier, by far, compared to when she went in. If there are still Angels on earth, a few of them work at Autumn Trace for sure. Thank you !

Dad moved into Autumn Trace the week that they opened the doors, and spent the last 5 1/2 years there. He considered it to be home. The last few years he was in a state that there needed to be someone present 24/7 and I was not able to retire yet, so Autumn Trace gave me the peace of mind to be able to go to work and know that he was always in good hands.
