My brother moved into Autumn Trace 6+ months ago. I've had the opportunity to be up close and personal during that time and am very happy with this facility. The building itself is only 5 years or so old. It is sunny, cheerful, well maintained, and clean. The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. Nice new facility but the care is subpar as they expect the folks who live there to basically take care of themselves. They have a nice new bus but won't use it to do activities in the community or transport people to and from the hospital if needed. Food is bland, but that's expected. Overall, just not very impressed for the money it costs to live there. Would not recommend, as there are better places in Columbus for near the same cost.
