Autumn Trace was a helpful & beautiful facility for my uncle Paul R. Dickerson in Lebanon Indiana.
My parents have been residents at Autumn Trace in Lebanon, IN. for about a year and a half. Facilities and staff have been excellent! They have notified me of any issues or concerns promptly and with care. The staff goes to great effort to communicate and engage with them. Highly Recommend!
The staff of Autumn Trace has been tremendous in dealing with my father. While we had many challenges initially, they stood with us while we went through some volatility. He is in a very good place now and they are a big reason why. I'm grateful for their patience and cooperation when they didn't need to be. Their facilities and programs are first-rate and I can't recommend them highly enough.
My mother moved to Autumn Trace last July and she has had a wonderful experience. The staff and residents are welcoming. Every time she's needed help with something, someone is there to help her. The facility is very open and bright. We feel fortunate that Mom was able to move into such a great place in Lebanon since that community is where she has lived for nearly 50 years.
My mother was a resident of Autumn Trace for about 6 months and she had a wonderful experience. The amenities were wonderful and the rooms were quite nice! The staff members were very kind and took the extra time to assist her during her mental health decline. She would likely still be a resident but sadly, had to be moved to a memory care facility.
