The staff at Autumn Trace in Columbia City is wonderful. My Mom lived there for a little over 3 years, until her memory needs increased. The staff, esp. Mgt. Staff, went over and above to watch out for Mom. They are genuinely kind, caring and easy to talk to. Anyone looking for an Assisted Living community, should strongly consider Autumn Trace. You won't be disappointed.

This is a great place the ladies are amazing! My Dad seemed to like it here. They have good nutritional foods.
Toured this beautiful assisted community living today. No detail was left out! Independent living with supervised care in a gorgeous surrounding. Beyond clean, quiet & tons of activities planned for their residents. Such a great addition to our community & a perfect spot for those needing a safe, friendly environment to call home.
