I just finished a sound and color class at the isothermal campus in Columbus. Autumn is a wonderful teacher ( I take a Tai Chi class with her at Adawehi) and the information in this class lets you think outside of the box a bit, which I love. So relatable to everyday life, and she made it so affordable. Also met some really nice folks in the class. I highly recommend 😊
I just completed Autumn’s class at Isothermal Community College - Healing with Colors and Sound. It was experiential and informative and offered immediately applicable suggestions I’m looking forward to trying out at home! I highly recommend this class, and there’s another coming up in April.
I've been enjoying my Color Sound treatment sessions with Autumn for 10+ years. Every six weeks I look forward to getting a tune up. Autumn focuses on what my body needs- increased energy, reducing pains from injuries, releasing kinks caused from stress, and always balancing my emotional well-being. Before going I was skeptical. But, the session was great. I wish I could have one every week. Not only did I feel much better immediately, but for many weeks after. Looking forward to my next session.
