My mum has been at Autumn Lodge for coming up on 4 years now and I am so thankful that we found them. From the start the staff have taken the time to get to know my mum and learn what works with and for her as an individual. Each team member has their own style of caring and approach to interacting with her which gives her a well-rounded and diverse experience . My very close friend Rose spent 6 months at Autumn Lodge and those were the happiest of her life. This is absolutely the best dementia care home in Brighton & Hove

I recently attended the tea party and was blown away by how thought out and inclusive the event was. A few highlights include how the singer went round and included everyone, the food being both fantastic and plentiful, and the main thing is that everyone looked to be enjoying themselves.

My mother has been at Autumn lodge since early 2023. Autumn Lodge is a very special place, it has heart and soul. The staff team, create an atmosphere of living and caring. On every visit, I see staff who strive to be human with humans. Care and kindness in a challenging job of care for people with dementia cannot be underestimated. My mother with younger onset dementia went there over 14 years ago. I not even sure if it’s the same staff or manager there. My mother was transferred to another unit that was more suitable. I had the urge to write a review after some reflection. I felt disappointed by this home and felt they were unable to manage my mother appropriately. She had some challenges and found the staff not as caring as I would expect to be under the circumstances.
