I worked for AL for over a year and am a certified CCA of 14 years experience in long term care… the employer has her friends working there hires off the street 90% not trained and unprofessional behaviour around the residents. Employer is aware as I have brought many issues to her and end up being let go instead of the employees that are the problem. Most of the staff was great and the food was great but they were really bad for losing clothing everything is labeled but never got back to my mother ' room and when it came time to leave there she didn't get all of her things a fleece throw she got at Christmas and it went missing and we never got it back. It was hard to get ahold of the owner you left a message and you never got a call back
