They have bed bugs, staff are abusive to the elderly who live there - scream and yell at them when issues arise. Ruined furniture, belongings, and forced my dad out no consideration, empathy, or decency. Yes, they will be so sweet and kind when you're signing a lease until they want your family member out. To treat any elderly or vulnerable person on a fixed income like they did my dad. Warning! They currently have bed bugs and have made people throw away their belongings without any compensation or plan to replace the items... read more

I would recommend it to anyone wanting secure and friendly senior apartments. I like the fire station,right across the fence! They saved my brother's life more than once,in his seven years at Autumn House.
