My great uncle was placed here for rehabilitation for about a month. It smelled terribly of urine and was very dirty every time I came to visit. One time I had to alert the nurses sitting there chatting away two doors down from a room of an elderly woman I didn't even know that she was falling out of her bed and calling for help over and over. My Mom went here and I did not like anything about this place. On several occasions I came to visit and she was in a dirty stretched out diaper with dried up fecal matter. I asked the nurse why and she said my Mom would not let them check her depends. No need to check you could see it. She was in the same nightgown every time I visited. When I pulled her out of there they said she was not able to go to a assisted living and I could not care for her on my own . The Blossoms at Berryville exceeded my expectations with the care they gave my dad. The whole staff treated him and my family with kindness, compassion, and respect.
