This place has a good team of nurses who cares and are great with their patients. My mom is here and they are wonderful with her. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone and even to come here myself should I need the care.
This facility is not a safe or suitable place for employment or for placing loved ones in care. Upon entering, the odor is immediately overwhelming. The building has ongoing sanitation issues, including ants throughout the premises and even affecting residents. Staff members are frequently observed taking extended breaks or smoking outside rather than attending to residents. My husband is in rehab in this facility, the nurses, nurses aids , therapists and a added bonus the office workers are awesome, always pleasant, hard working, they have been on top of all his needs he has came so far , THANK YOU SALUDA AUTUMN CARE
They strive to make the best meals possible, outstanding! I did this review about 2wks. ago . My husband had been in Autumn for approximately 60 days, he has now been placed in another nursing facility. I give the CNA staff there a 2, he stayed wet over half the time they always said they would be back, most of the time that was 2hrs later. He had sores on his back end and genitals from stay wet so much. At first he had a private room then was moved to semi private when medicade took over.
