The facility is welcoming, bright and clean. The staff has and continues to make my mother’s transition from our home to “her new home” at the facility very smooth. We are so very thankful she is getting the care and attention she needs around the clock. We will continue to recommend Autumn Care for anyone needing assisted living for their loved one.
My husband was at autumn care for a few days and he came away saying there was absolutely nothing that he needed or wanted that wasn’t taken care of! The nurses were awesome and the food was good. No complaints! I highly recommend autumn care!
Felicia was amazing and very professional. The facility was clean and the staff very friendly.
I was able to visit Autumn Care of Altavista for a tour of the facility. I felt very welcome and would like to applaud them for their cleanliness, and the pride they take in their care. While I was in the lobby I noticed they have received a National Quality Award and have their state survey results out for anyone to view!! The residents and staff there seemed very happy. Great job team! What a blessing in the community. Thank you Felicia for a fantastic visit and tour.
I'm a Nurse Practitioner and have supported this facility by training providers and covering when needed. The teamwork here is truly unmatched—the same nurses and administrator have been committed to this community for years. Every time I come in to provide care, the CNAs and staff go out of their way to ask if I need anything. The level of care delivered to the patients is exceptional.
