Autumn Care's staff has gone the extra mile to make Mom's transition from home to the facility successful. Her medical needs have been addressed quickly with prompt communication to the family. The facility is clean, serviced at least twice a day. Visitors are greeted by staff whether they care for Mom or just someone who passes in the hall. My family is grateful to have Autumn Care in our community and appreciate the many staff members, too numerous to name. Janet West
Autumn Care is such a great facility. The first thing I noticed when walking in the building is how clean the facility is and how friendly the staff are.
I had the absolute pleasure of getting to tour the facility today. Felicia in Admissions is very passionate about her job and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The residents seem happy and well taken care of.
Moved my mom to this facility 2 weeks ago. Like to thank the administration and staff for making transfer easy. My mom loves the atmosphere and staff. They made her feel like she's family. Staff is always friendly and on top of her care and needs. Unlike the last place she was at. Never seen her so happy in a long time.
