Autumn Care put on a spectacular event for Thanksgiving yesterday; the meal was fantastic, and some of the best food I've had since I've been here. Every single thing tasted good. Staff worked very hard, and was very kind. Staff made sure it was a number one event.
Unfortunately my mother needed care that my sister nor I could physically handle. Luckily, we found Autumn Care and they have been a godsend for my mother. They take great care of her and accommodate her to the best of their abilities. They make sure our mother is taken care of mentally, physically, and medically. Horrible place and infested with mice and roaches. The state is in the building constantly. They assign nurses and CNAs way too many residents and the residents are neglected because of this. All nursing management here should lose their nursing licenses, especially Aubrey and Carlie.
My grandmother was here before passing away! We had issues with aides not keeping her clean and dry. The nurses seem to overworked to adequately attend to her needs and telling management was pointless. Housekeeping does not clean and disinfect properly!! I just hope sharing my experience helps someone in the future. My advice is if you can keep your family members home try your best to do so! This is not it!!
The place is trash if I could give no stars I would!! They have roaches, mice, food and trash all around the nurses station and there is a resident that they allow to wander and constantly screams loudly disturbing everyone’s peace and they have yet to do anything about it! Residents not being properly changed reeked of urine and feces! I spoke to a resident while I was there and he explained how the roach problem is so bad and he has to kill them his self!!!!
