Wouldn’t take my worst enemy here. Infested with roaches, and admin only cares about making money. They refuse to hire new nurses and give the nurses unsafe amounts of patients.

My father was at Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove from April 5th, 2024 until he passed away on Dec 13,2024. I gave AC a 1 star rating. I moved to Wilmington from 17 hours away so my father would not die alone in a nursing home. I was with him anywhere from 5-7 hours a day, so I got to know staff and other residents well. These places are under staffed and the staff is underpaid for the work they do. If you want to know if this is the place for your loved one, I suggest you go visit residents there and ask!
