This is my 7th time being here for rehab. Overall this place is not bad. Definitely better than some of the other places. The staff is good overall and I appreciate all they do.
My mom wasn't treated right by no staff, especially on January 13, she was pulled on her hurt arm by a staff member when she wanted to be turned in the bed and on January 16th she was ringing her call bell and was getting completely ignored to be turned and needing pain medicine so she could sleep better without pain, I mean come on if you went to CNA school, didn't your instructor tell you to answer call bells faster and not ignore your patient and didn't they tell you have a caring heart wherever you worked??
