My wife, Connie, (age 87) entered this care facility a little over 2 weeks ago after a severe battle with sepsis. From the moment she entered these doors, she was treated with the respect dignity and compassion. Excellent place to work
A wonderful facility staff is great nursing staff and especially the aides,maintenance is always nice friendly and acomendating.
Autumn Care of Shallotte is very caring and skilled. . Everyone that I have met has been very helpful. They always call about my friends care and keep me informed. Her room is always clean and everything is within her reach. which is very important. I'm sure not everything is perfect but what is.. My friend is happy and taken well taken of and that is all that counts.
My name is Larry Shamp I have been a resident at Autumn Care of Biscoe for about 2 years total. There are several things that I have enjoyed about being a resident here Autumn Care of Biscoe. One thing is they have an awesome Activity Program and the Activity Director and Assistance are two awesome individuals that goes beyond their jobs to make sure all the patients are happy and busy. The facility was clean and well maintained. It has new management and changes are happening. I felt my father was cared for and they took their time to go the extra mile.
