My mother has been at Autumn Care of Madison for about a month, and I’ve been very pleased with the care she’s received. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming. My mother is treated with compassion. What stands out most is the teamwork—you can really see how well everyone works together, and that makes a difference in the level of care and overall atmosphere.

Worst experience ever. My mom is there right now and luckily she is leaving tomorrow because it's like they don't have time for her. When she first got there it was amazing but now it's terrible. The nurses get attitudes and have no patience what's so ever it's horrible.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The admissions dept. doesn't care about you or care to remember you. They conveniently lose faxes sent to them multiple times. Employees have no empathy to people trying their best to get them the information needed to have some admitted to their care, with statements like "well I've been through it before it's not that hard". If this is the kind of "care" also provided to the residents no wonder social services recommends other places instead.

We love bringing our family to the annual Autumn Care trick or trunk event. It is easy to see there are a lot of people that care about the residents and community when visiting
