My mom has been at this facility for a couple weeks now. She will be discharged next week. I've always be skeptical about nursing homes and how they treat their patients, but I must say, I was really satisfied with this facility. Everyone i met and greeted visiting my mom were always pleasant. The facility does not have a terrible smell, but pleasant smell and clean. When I leave, I feel comfortable that my mom will be taken care of.

This nursing facility provides quality care. Staff are professional, compassionate, and attentive, working together to meet residents’ needs. Communication is strong, the environment is clean, and residents are treated with respect and dignity.

Disorganized, hangs up when you call, sets MINIMAL expectations for patient recovery, horrid communication with families until its time for discharge, you call and the phone to get a staff member rings 5-10 minutes or you get hung up on, patients minimally paid attention to unless you stay on them (then barely an improvement). Does not send needed paperwork for medical equipment or transportation. Absolutely a disorganized mess. Patient safety is a joke. Covered in food, asleep with food in her mouth. CAUTION.

I'm very disgusted with my grandma's room. She is in room 120. The custodial people are not doing there jobs. The floors look like they have not been swept in weeks it is absolutely disgusting. Her sheets smell and I feel they have not been changed. As her granddaughter and my mom should not have to ask for a broom to sweep her room. And none of the staff could even find a broom. She and her roommate should not live in this nastiness. They need to do better.
