I visited Autumn Care of Biscoe recently and was very impressed. The facility was clean and well-kept, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The residents I saw seemed happy and well cared for, which says a lot about the environment. The therapy team was also very engaged and professional. I also noticed they offer a great variety of activities to keep residents active and social, which is so important. Very disappointed in Autumn Care. It is certainly not the place it used to be. Not enough help. Not very clean. A family member spent 2 years there a few years ago and it was much better. The person I visit now is not given good care. He is unable to feed himself very well and he has no help doing so.

My Mom was in the rehab wing of Autumn Care for a month. Jan, Pam, the nurses, all of the staff could not have been better. If she had any issue or concerns, they handled it. The nurses took very good care and made her feel valued. I appreciate the nurses going above and beyond to make her feel loved.

My mother was in care there for about 15 mins she had been transferred from the hospital my mother was a terminal patient we knew that she did not have a lot of time left the nurse came in Pam gave her morphine my mother died. I asked Pam the nurse how much she had given she said 2.5 ml which we had been giving her that at home. I told her no you gave her more than that she finally told me she had given her 5 ml.
