This program is full of glitches. The camera sucks, takes forever to take a picture, I've been working with this program for over a year and it is so bad and such a time waster that I'm considering changing jobs because of this trash inspection program. Find another solution because this ones is horrible and causes more problems than it solves
Awesome experience, transitioning to digital video inspections with AUTOVITALS has made a huge difference in the average repair order amount generated (was initially focusing on car count, but now focusing more on each car, a good digital inspection and good communication with clientele). I have tried AutoVitals twice now at 2 different shops and in each instance they have failed us badly. They tell you one thing during the sales pitch then when you are all contracted up their system won't do what they told you it would do. After many calls with a manager, still a no go. Now this is with their CRM. I am honest about them and will say their DVI is a good product. Do not attempt to get out of a contract with them, it won't work.
Andrew was incredibly helpful to work with from the first call onward. Months later, I can tell you that partnering with AutoVitals may well be the best decision I’ve made for my shop this decade. Thank you AutoVitals!
