my car was broken I went with another rental company they took long time and preferences for their regular customers then I fed up because I have to go to work than I call auto tem within 5 minutes he sent a message to send details about me like id,ins,email next 10 minutes I signed up my agreement and get the car right away I prefer for another car without any hesitation they gave me another one. They originally gave me a faulty vehicle so I had to start my trip late because I had to get a replacement from them and then the try to charge me extra after the trip because of there mess up, radio don't work and both cars felt like they needed frame maintenance.

I recently rented a car from them via Turo for a trip to Canada and I would recommend them! The process was really easy reasonable prices and the car was really nice! The staff was really friendly and flexible!
