Horrible, the worst DMS I have ever used. An excel spreadsheet would be better..... Where do I even start since the list of faults are so long? Service Manager for a dealership, and this DMS will be gone in a few months. First off, ASI is selling software that is MS-DOS based and its 2024? Are you kidding me? The amount of time the staff have to spend to work around all the flaws are ridiculous. Support is quick to answer, but nothing ever comes of it. This company is the absolute worst. They're constantly raising premiums without notice. This year I saw a 200% increase. Look elsewhere for dealership needs.
