They don't know what they're doing. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. Go to any interlock company but this one.
They have a monopoly on the ignition interlock business in my area and they use that to an advantage. Blaming the customer for every fail even when things like mouthwash and even a puff of my prescription albuterol (asthma) sets it off for an count down recalibration which cost $50 a pop. When talking to technical support they say, " I am unable to waive the fee" implying that "they" are not at fault for saying no and that big brother is the one who makes the rules.
