Scam web site! They will hold up your deposit and not transferring the money to the rental supplier. I eventually got help from the credit card company to get my money back. Worst customer service in the world!
BIG SCAM!! I booked a MINIVAN to be picked up from the location near Toronto Airport about 2 month ago. I booked the pickup for 4 pm. As I was running late I called the customer service and informed them that we will be late and we want them to hold the car for 1-2 hours and we can provide a credit card. The customer said they can not help and asked us to call the location and he provided a phone number.
