Scam web site! They will hold up your deposit and not transferring the money to the rental supplier. I eventually got help from the credit card company to get my money back. Worst customer service in the world!
BIG SCAM!! I booked a MINIVAN to be picked up from the location near Toronto Airport about 2 month ago. I booked the pickup for 4 pm. As I was running late I called the customer service and informed them that we will be late and we want them to hold the car for 1-2 hours and we can provide a credit card. The customer said they can not help and asked us to call the location and he provided a phone number. Everything was perfect
The worse company! Please do not waste your time using them! They outsource their service with low class companies and when those companies mess up, they DO NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. You're left in the dust with no vehicle to use and HUGE fees to pay from the other companies.
