I’m in shock right now with the delivery of my vehicle. Was supposed to be here yesterday, Friday and was told that there was a truck issue. Now, today Saturday, told it would be delivered by 4pm. Texting and texting, finally get a response, “I’ll check with the driver”. This service is completely unacceptable. I’ve been in logistics for 25 years and you know where your drivers are and what their issues are. This is below any standard that is acceptable. All staff were very helpful in getting a car delivered as soon as possible for a very fair price. Delivery was coordinated with driver to customer convenient location.
