DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I received my car with my driver side window open. I had checked my BMW app to see a window down alert during transit and couldn’t believe it was real and assumed it was a bug since it seemed impossibly irresponsible. Sure enough I received the car with dirt and dust across every surface of the interior. I also received the car with scratches on the driver side window tint. Vic, Mike, and this company were the worst to deal with. They delivered my vehicle with a flat tire and didn't take responsibility and said that they repaired it as a customer care. The cause was the tie-down straps broke the valve stem when they secured the vehicle. The driver had to inflate before unloading and loading the vehicle on the flatbed trailer. Even the delivery driver admitted the white paint damage was from stacking vehicles. Let the before/after pictures speak for themselves. This company will shift blame to anyone but themselves, as seen below. Scammers.

They caused damage to my vehicle and put the onus on me to get quotes from two different auto repair shops before they'd consider reimbursement. Months later they denied my claim, alleging the damage was already there before the car was picked up. My own pictures prove this is wrong. From other reviews, this appears to be a pattern of theirs. Would not recommend their services.
