I started with ACG Nov 2021 with 3 cars renting on Hyrecar. Now I've grown to 20 cars co-managing my rental fleet. The team makes repos & service calls a piece of cake. They're a big family. I find relief knowing they are taking care of the fleet.

Absolutely pathetic. I came to pick up the car at 5:30 and one of the employees was driving it. They called after 6 saying I could pick up the keys out the drop box. I arrived before 7:20 and they began my trip the Hyrecar before even providing the code for the lockbox. There are personal items in the vehicle, there is only a quarter tank of gas and the oil change is past due over 2500 miles. The car is not even able for ride share because of these issues. OWNER IS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOUDNT BE IN BUSINESS DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC IF YOU CAN NOT ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS WHEN YOU RECEIVE A CALL HAVING UP ON SOMEONE BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK SHOULD BE A REASON TO REMAIN CLOSED OR HIRE FOLKS THAT CAN DISPLAY EMPATHY AND PATIENCE SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU CAME INTO SOME MONEY AN IDEA AND STARTED A BUSINESS DOESN'T MAKE YOU EQUIPT TO STAY IN BUSINESS SUCCESSFULLY!!!
