Update once again: Oct 2025: for some reason AFP is showing I still owr $800 on my vehicle?!?!Calling tomorrow. Ugh Update: after I wrote this original review, a rep contacted me and has been diligent about correcting the reporting issue. It may have been because they spelled my name wrong. Customer service has gone DOWNHILL. Employees are rude and condescending. They will talk down to you. Go elsewhere for your loans
Very rude staff. Accidentally slipped a curse word when trying to verify my info and got lextured and reemed byt the joke of an agent named Y*&$%. They act like they are entitled to a reason if you are late with a payment. Their service was 100x better a year ago when they had a solid staff. Not this joke of a rotating staff that don't know proper customer service/ phone etiquette. Maybe with all the money they earn from not allowing people to refinance their loans after certain periods of time could be better spent on custo... read more
