Very rude staff. Accidentally slipped a curse word when trying to verify my info and got lextured and reemed byt the joke of an agent named Y*&$%. They act like they are entitled to a reason if you are late with a payment. Their service was 100x better a year ago when they had a solid staff. Not this joke of a rotating staff that don't know proper customer service/ phone etiquette. So you can no longer make a car payment with a credit card or debit card without being charged a service fee! I have making payments on time with their pay near me app for 2 years with no fee until now. Totally screwed up for customers who have been paying on time to now have to pay an additional fee!
