Update: after I wrote this original review, a rep contacted me and has been diligent about correcting the reporting issue. It may have been because they spelled my name wrong. Once I see the issue is fixed with the credit bureaus, I will fix this rating. Original: Iam awaiting for my PAID OFF vehicle from 3 Years ago to be reflected to the credit reporting agencies. Not impressed that they have never contacted Experian to update that my vehicle is paid off... ? Once they remedy this, I may change my review.
Customer service has gone DOWNHILL. Employees are rude and condescending. They will talk down to you. Go elsewhere for your loans
Very rude staff. Accidentally slipped a curse word when trying to verify my info and got lextured and reemed byt the joke of an agent named Y*&$%. They act like they are entitled to a reason if you are late with a payment. Their service was 100x better a year ago when they had a solid staff. Not this joke of a rotating staff that don't know proper customer service/ phone etiquette. Maybe with all the money they earn from not allowing people to refinance their loans after certain periods of time could be better spent on custo... read more
So you can no longer make a car payment with a credit card or debit card without being charged a service fee! I have making payments on time with their pay near me app for 2 years with no fee until now. Totally screwed up for customers who have been paying on time to now have to pay an additional fee!
