Just brought my car in for collision repair after being rear ended. Today was just the estimate, but so far, nice and helpful staff, good experience.
Drove up on a weekday afternoon to have them look at a couple seats I needed re-covered. Two guys (who appeared to work there) were talking in the main garage area. I walked up and said hello, neither acknowledged me whatsoever. I walked into the office and no one was to be seen. I stood there for some time expecting one of the guys in the garage to come in....never did. I left and went to one of their competitors down the street who immediately greeted me at the door and provided excellent customer service.
