Very disappointed with my experience. I paid extra for the optional insurance because I wanted to avoid unexpected costs if something happened to the vehicle. During my rental, there was a scratch to the bumper and a small scratch to the windshield. Despite paying for the insurance, I was still charged a $1,000 deductible. What bothers me most is that no one explained that the insurance would only cover one claim.
