I am SO happy with the service I received at Automax. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with, so polite, informed me on everything, made everything as easy and seamless as possible and communicated all delays as soon as they knew about them. When I came to pick up my car, my mats were even freshly washed! There's something to say about places that go the extra mile to go above and beyond. Extra special shoutout to Maddie and the guy at the rental desk with the long hair -they were both amazing!!

Very disappointed with my experience. I paid extra for the optional insurance because I wanted to avoid unexpected costs if something happened to the vehicle. During my rental, there was a scratch to the bumper and a small scratch to the windshield. Despite paying for the insurance, I was still charged a $1,000 deductible. What bothers me most is that no one explained that the insurance would only cover one claim.
