I have rented a 15 passenger van from this company twice, and had a very good experience both times. Vans were nice and clean, smooth ride, all passengers had plenty of room. They were very helpful and worked with my needs in a pleasant and professional manner. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 rating, was because the last rental I asked to pick the van up as late as possible on that Thurs., and it was available, to use for a trip to DC. I have used this company several times, they are always professional and courteous and if I need to extend my rental they are glad to help, I would recommend this company to anybody.

Rent there if you dare!! Sad to say this mom & pop rental shop doesn't need to be in the rental car business (maybe the used car business). Customers rent vehicles to either go on vacation or insurance replacement. Customers want a vehicle that has no maintenance issues (i.e. oil light flashing, tire pressure light on, leaky roof). We rented a Mercedes Sprinter van from Automax under an insurance replacement and each of the above problems occurred during the month long rental. I am so impressed with this rental company! I had car trouble and was stranded in richmond, and they helped me last minute when I was completely stressed out with just myself, my baby, and my dog. They picked me up from the mechanic and gave me a great car with a full tank of gas. Then when I got into a accident and had to break the news to them, they were completely understanding and helpful. The man I worked with was so nice to me the whole way through the experience. I could not have asked for a better rental company!
