No one answers and all mailboxes are full. Can’t get any help with records that I need!
Is there a negative option? So I filed a complaint with BBB of Oklahoma against Automax because of the way they handled my trade in. (failed to pay off the loan for 3 months). Automax was nice enough to resolve this by sending me a check for the lost money, well the check they sent was no good, resulting in several bounced checks in my account. I was sold a warranty on a vehicle based on the wrong odometer when I took possession of the vehicle it came with a voided warranty and a bad transmission dealership won't take my call please correct this wrong doing
Disappointing experience, purcahsed a car for daughters graduation (paid cash), they sold us a lemon at the Norman location, 2 months and car is needing $1,000's in repair costs. Not the "great car, in good mechanical shape" as promised from our salesman James. Bob at corporate (CEO) was no help! They are car dealers who don't take pride in customer service, customer care, and stand by what they sell...disgraceful!
