I did not use their services because they could not fulfill my request regarding the gearbox, as it was quite complicated and rare, but their service quality is probably high given the professional way they handled the situation and their quick response. I wish them much success.
Outstanding service. Went to great effort to investigate my fault even though it turned out not to be with the transmission. There are some pleasant walks nearby if you need to wait as well.

My 2013 Ford Focus automatic displayed the shuddering clutch characteristics of that model. One garage said change the gearbox oil, another said contact auto-transmission services. One email later and Gary had described the symptoms to a "T". Took the car in on Monday, received the problem confirmation and estimate on Tuesday. Collected the car on Friday and it responds like a new car. Excellent customer service and thoroughly recommended.
