First time coming here for an alignment, Great service!
This was my second time here, first experience was great, second experience wasn't the same. Mechanic stated I needed new wheel cylinders even though they were just put on a few weeks ago. My father dropped my jeep off for me, and they said unless they look at the wiring they won't bother changing the speed sensor. Felt kinda ripped off, and I unfortunately used to like this place.
RecommendedThese guys are awesome. We were just getting ready to leave Florida after closing on our house and the truck began shaking and making really bad noises. Jon came out and then had Matt and Chris come look at it. They remove the 12' trailer off the truck. Within 2 hours we were on the road as they made us a priority. Our only complaint was that 30% surcharge for being fans of The Ohio State University!! (Just kidding!😂)

It’s nice having confidence in your mechanic shop. Every time we’ve been to Automasters we’ve been treated extremely well. You can’t go wrong here. They’re honest, informed and skilled. They do everything within their ability to serve you. They are results driven and just really cool people. Just go see them and you’ll get it! Current cars they’ve worked on for my family are: 2015 Yukon SLT & 2015 Audi A5.
I can’t say enough good things about Automasters. They treat everyone with respect. No surprise charges. They give you a print out of prices for proposed work and any future work you need done. There is no pressure to have additional work done.
