Don't be fooled. Ms. Fisher deletes all the negative reviews. We paid Autoloss $350 to negotiate a diminished value payout for our truck. The Autoloss owner, Monica Fisher, prepared a "vehicle diminution of value report". It was sent to the Insurance adjuster. The outcome: NOTHING. To quote the insurance Adjuster " " Ms. Fisher did not support her appraisal. There will be no offers forthcoming.." There was no assistance from Autoloss for our situation. The other party's insurance subsequently agreed to pay EXACTLY what Autoloss stated was my car's decrease in value because of a crash. Monica's communication was great - and she provided everything I needed to communicate effectively with the insurance company. I went into this expecting to get maybe 20-50% of the appraised loss, but they paid the exact dollar amount!
