Called about reserving a van. Pressed 1 for English, pressed 1 for special and was hung up on. Not happy about that.
Great customer service. The sign in process was very smooth and easy. Loved my rental car for the weekend! FIVE STARS!!! Will be back.
Started make a reservation online but making online e reservations are not always honored when it comes to renting vehicles so I chose to call and the gentlemen that i spoke to asked the same questions at least 3 times as if he kept forgetting my request of picking up and dropping off. I needed to drop the van off at 9pm and mind you when I started to set the appointment online I chose all option as far as insurance and the price was $208.00 and now that I call in this guy tells me there is a $60.00 after he drop off fee but... read more
Great customer service!! Will definitely be renting from them again. The van was in great condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. You also can't beat the impeccable prices. Would definitely recommend
